For some reason when I go to the page, it says above and below the main post to log in or register. Is it because the page isn't open to the members participating in the RPG yet?

Until I open the RPG for posting you cannot post in the OCC, once we actually start the RPG you will be allowed to post in it, in addition i only added you guys as guests so you cant post until your set to a member on there.
