How do you fix a messed uo Profile?

Ok my profile is like all squished up like a can of sardines so how do you fix it? Because I tried re-posting but it just messed up again.

Hmm maybe your internet browser is messed up. Don't you use Internet Explorer or something? I like Aol 9.0.
