The first picture is a "cleaner case". Its the peice that Predator wears on his back. I don't know why its called the "cleaner case". I always thought it was the energy generator for plasma weapons.

Its what the predator uses to clean his "trophies" and of course polish them

I think when they say cleaning kit, they mean it holds the predators weapons for cleaning up the aliens.
