no need for it really. The aliens can still 'see' the hunters even when they are cloaked.

Well i guess it depends on the current situation and surroundings of the predators for their cloaking devices to be fully effective, due to the fact it was dark and hardly any lighting in the pyramid, the predator was able to go un-noticed by the humans.

scar was the predator with the same mask(well, close enough) to the one in the first movie. he made it up to the end and fought the queen.

The Predators are obviously hunters. They don't just leave you alone if you don't attack them or else the first guy to die in Predator would still be around. Also they don't attack women because there's not enough honor in it.
