Aliens
It was a great film that brought in new factors to the films E.g. Action and applied to a bigger audience. I loved Aliens as it had some great characters and an epic plot.
It really defined for me the way i picture Aleins and was alot more "Rpg" aliens and marines as we know and love.

So i loved both films, But i think Aliens would win.
