Deathdrop vs. AmerthystBlades

Deathdrop, Yautja, 13 years ago

You can make the first post.

AmerthystBlades, Yautja, 13 years ago

(Alright I'm a little late in posting had to run grave yard shift a work last night)

So where the fight will take place in an old abandoned marine base, tons of places to hide, stuff to break apart so it has both it's pros and cons. Oh and it's like night time. So let's get this party started!

Area: Old abandoned marine base
Planet: Unknown former human colony
Status: Nightfall very dark one moon but it's small and very dark.

The dark almost lightless sky held a foreboding sight to anyone around save for the shadow the was slinking around the old base. Quite, calm, intelligent and deadly. Ryuu or AmerthystBlades as was her given name had been on the planet for a while it was empty, no life besides herself as far as she could tell, she could smell the death on the planet and smiled at this. The smell of death was so welcoming to her as it had been for the past seven years, after the death of sister after their cruel hateful father had their DNA altered with that of the Xenomorphs. Ryuu survived but still suffered from terrible pain until the day she learned to turn that pain into a heated rage that fueled her new found strength. She broke free and killed everyone leaving only her father alive making sure he went through pure agonizing hell she and her sister dealt with before he died. She was able to seal herself off emotionally from others and very good at, she later took her place along the ruthless mercenaries of the Dark Blood Organization. Her reason for being here: simple she was her to kill her opponent.

After the incident with the mining colony, Deathdrop's lot in life had improved considerably. He'd collected countless human skulls alongside his fellow warriors, helped save a valuable planetoid from a Xenomorph infestation, sobered up, and joined the Balatu clan.

He'd even got the doctors from the Homeworld to grow him a new dick. "The cannon," he called it. It wasn't actually functional, but what the females didn't know wouldn't kill them.

In any case, his standing, while improved drastically, was still not what it once was (he had never quite lived down the "airlock incident"). He remained in the lower levels of the Clanship, waiting for weeks at a time to hunt.

When the elders needed jobs done that were beneath them, yet too dangerous for younger warriors, they came to Deathdrop.

Jobs like taking care of a local bad blood, which he had done with great efficiency. Ramming his smart-disk into the criminal's head, he roared in victory. These were always his favorite jobs; no need to be honorable.

Still, it would be a day until the clanship arrived to pick him up; he might as well explore the bare little planet for a bit. The long-abandoned human outpost to the north looked interesting...

In Ryuu's opinion dark, abandoned death ridden areas were the best places in which to stalk, hunt and kill ones prey. Something she had mastered at a very young age, she could kill with anything after all she was a perfect weapon. A stunning hybrid with blazing amerthyst eyes, plae skin and long black hair the hung over her face like a black curtain. She exhaled and watched her breath drift off into the night like a ghost. Like herself, she was a ghost, a demon, a killer, a vixen and an killer of all the names she had been called and labled she enjoyed being called a ghost and vixen the most. Standing up Ryuu paced around the old building she had been sitting near listening to the sound of the the native critters thrilling, chipping and yowling in the night. She leaped up onto the building and walked around on the roof, elegantly. Her long black hooded cloak over her head hidding her perfectlly in this dark planet. She stopped and raised ehr head to look at the sky, taking in a nice long contented breath and shrieked to the sky. A long, loud, hellish shriek that silenced the other life forms on the planet. Once she stopped she smiled in approval, they knew she was dangerous and would kill anyone or anything that got in here way.

Hearing a scream worse than a Yautja female in heat (which was saying soemthing) Deathdrop realised the planet was inhabbited.

Realising he had something to do while he waited, he grinned. This was good. Admiring the size of the hole he'd blasted in the bad blood was fun, but repetetive.

"Well, maybe I'll bag a skull after all..."

Extending his wristblades and switching to thermal vision, he kicked in the already-decayed door to the colony.

AmerthystBlades, Yautja, 13 years ago

Ryuu heard the crashing sound of a door being kicked in, she turned and hissed softly. Something other than the native animals was here and she wanted to know who or what is was and why they were here. Elegantly she stepped off the roof and landed on the ground in a crouch, she smelled the air searching for a scent any scent. She paused when she picked up one, an unfamilier scent since she didn't know who it was but she knew what it was. A yautja was nearby, male as far as she could tell. She stood and walked back the direction she came, returning to the roof she walked around searching for the glass section of the roof she had spotted awhile ago. She had never fought with a yautja before but knew it wasn't an easy task so she had to think of something and think of it fast. Ah! There it was the glass roof, dust and clouded with dirt and whatever elese was up there she reached into her cloak and grabbed her manriki, swinging it around fast she then brought the metal ball down across the glass shattering it. Once that was accomplished she jumped off the roof again and headed for another building and ran inside into a wide corridor and waited.

"All in due time."she said hissing.

Deathdrop, Yautja, 13 years ago

The sound of glass shattering led Deathdrop to the next hallway. Whatever was in this place with him, it was close. Growing tired of all this waiting, he began wildly firing his plasma caster.

Gigantic hole after gigantic hole was punched through each of the walls until the weapon finally overheated. No matter. It would be able to fire again after a few minutes, and it had done what he wanted it to do: Let in plenty of moonlight.

If the bad blood had had help, he wanted to see it.

"Come out, coward!" he yelled.

AmerthystBlades, Yautja, 13 years ago

Ryuu had to duck and doge a few times to avoid being shot, she almost took a hit in the chest which really annoyed her. She remembered one of her fellow clan mates saying the best way to draw on an enemies weakness was to get them riled up and angry. Taking this to note Ryuu tried this tactic and it seemed to have worked. A cold smirk spread across Ryuu's pale face, she had gotten what she wanted, the time to reveal herself had come. But she could do that to quickly she decided to take her time and test out her target a little more, she slipped into a corridor that was behind Deathdrop and hissed, dragging her tail across the wall. Just like a flash she he banished into another hall slipping between a large crack, she found herself this time in front of Deathdrop hissing again, she repeated the same method going back in the direction she came from only this time she laughed. The same soulless laugh she was known for and slipped through one of the holes blasted into the walls. She paused letting all this sink in for about a full minute before the acted again, this time she spoke.

"Old, deserted, abandoned colonies make such great hiding places. Dark, foreboding and littered with death. Easy for someone like me to get around without being spotted until it's to late. By then most of my victims are wondering with what life they have left why their intestines are spilled out onto the floor." she unsheathed one of her swords and leaped onto the railed of a stair case.

"In order to hunt me down she have to catch me first!" with that she jumped up through a hole in the roof and waited. The thrill of death made her heart race.

Deathdrop, Yautja, 13 years ago

The creature was muttering some human gibberish at him as it climbed the stairs.

"You DO realize I don't speak Monkey, right?" The hunter grunted.

His attacker responded with another loud hiss, and then disappeared up the staircase. What little he saw of it suggested a Human shape, but the speed and behavior was evocative of a xenomorph. Not to mention that tail...

Another fucking hybrid? It seemed those things were infesting the universe faster than the xenomorphs...

He could tell from the creature's tactics that it was enjoying this a little too much. It was clearly capable of putting up a fight, yet it jumped around and hissed, giving away it’s position and worse, letting him get a look at it.

He made his way up the stairs carefully, switching to xenovision as he did so. As he entered the next dark floor, he could see the faintest flicker of the creature up ahead, preparing to strike.

Roaring in mock frustration (and very obviously turning his back), he waited until the hybrid leapt again and stepped out of the way. Managing to grab it’s long hair, he pulled, yanking it back, grabbing it by the neck and slamming it against the wall.

Hoisting it up, he could see now that the creature was female. Her tail lashed out, but he was ready for it, dodging most of the blade and escaping with only a flesh wound. Bringing back his massive skull, he headbutted the creature as hard as he could. Then he did it again, and again, and again until his mask was dented.

“Save this shit for human children; it doesn’t impress me.”

Deathdrop let her drop, and, before her body hit the ground, kicked her hard in the stomach, sending her back several feet. She recovered more quickly than expected, and rushed back into the shadows.

It was only then that Deathdrop realized he’d been sliced across the chest by the hybrid’s sword. Nothing grievous, but it was a decently-sized wound. He smiled. That was two new scars in one night.

“So you CAN fight..."

He stomped off after her.

AmerthystBlades, Yautja, 13 years ago

You was caught completely off guard and had paid the price, so far she was only able to get one strike in but that was about it. She had hit a wall several feet losing her sword in the process the blade skitted off the stair case and into the darkness below. The kick she received hurt like hell through she tried as hard as she could not to show she was in pain she couldn’t hold back the pained shriek she emitted that echoed through the building. She had nasty gash the sent blood running down her forehead, one hell of a headache and she was certain one of more of her ribs were broken despite tensing her muscles in anticipation of the kick she, she stood up slowly her body protesting to this but she controlled what her body did not the other way around and faced her opponent. She pulled out another weapon, this time it was a long bladed whip she smirked as her blood dripped down onto the floor eating away at it with each drop.

Deathdrop, Yautja, 13 years ago

As the bizzare hybrid revealed her new weapon, a long, bladed whip, Deathdrop retracted his plasma caster, drew his smart-disk and unsheathed his wristblades.

The two beasts circled each other for some time before Deathdrop mock-charged. Just as he'd expected, the hybrid swung her whip at him. Just in time, he caught it in his wristblades, wrapping it up and pulling back.

Just as suprise dawned on the hybrid's face, Deathdrop swung his smart-disk against the whip and began to saw... And saw, and saw, and saw...

... Until he realised the whip was made of the same material. "SHIT!"

He then made the stupid mistake of retracting his wristblades, freeing the whip and allowing the hybrid to spin around, swining the whip the opposite direction and knocking Deathdrop across the face.

His now-damaged mask flickered for a moment, blinding him...

AmerthystBlades, Yautja, 13 years ago

Ryuu hissed satisfied that her bladed whip had done a pretty good job on the yautja’s mask, he might have a problem seeing her which would add to her benefit of course. Blood dripped from her forehead and her nose on the metal grates on the floor easting away at the metal like a ravenous beast tearing into flesh, ah the mere thought of flesh made Ryuu emit a contented purr like hiss. Well now back to business Ryuu had other things to focus on right now rather than raw meat, she made a mental note to ask Harpy if she had some once she got back. If she got back. Ryuu returned her bladed whip to the holster hip under the long cloak she wore which still hid her perfectly except for her hands and tail. She then pulled out three shruiken each in her right and, reaching into the cloak again she pulled out three more in her left hand, she took six slow steps towards the fallen yautja until she was no more then a few feet away from him waiting for him to stand.

“I trust you’ll be able to stand up after that. It would be such a shame to kill you while your down, naturally for me I love a good challenge and laying on the ground isn’t really…challenging now is it?” Ryuu asked a smirk spreading across her cold features.

Deathdrop, Yautja, 13 years ago

"You dirty little-"

He brought his smart-disk up, sawing into the damaged eye of his mask and removing it, exposing his left eye and allowing him to see. The hybrid was posing now, muttering more of it's human gibberish, and standing out in the open. She had throwing blades on her.

Swinging his foot around, he caught her in the leg. She fell, but recovered quickly. Deciding subtlety was overrated, Deathdrop activated his plasma caster and fired.

AmerthystBlades, Yautja, 13 years ago

Ryuu was satisfied that her snarky remarks had spurred the yautja into action, though she was certain the yautja had no idea what she was saying, after all he said so himself. Spending time with the DBO she had picked a few phrases from one of the bad bloods she figured she could use. Ryuu decided to switch tactics, after recovering from her fall she instantly had her bladed ready. With one swift move she executed a perfect back flip, just before her right foot touched the ground the threw one of the sharp blades that was grasped in her left hand and threw it forward. If she had just aimed to her front center the throwing star would have ended up right in the middle of the yautja’s throat, she aimed just a little more to the right so the blade just ended slicing him near the his shoulder…..and it was a deep wound also not fatal but deep. Ryuu stood back ten feet away and waited for the yautja’s next move.

“Hey”, Ryuu asked in the best yautja dialect she knew,” hope your wound doesn’t slow you down. Mine certainly didn‘t.” Ryuu asked hissing like a cobra ready to strike at it’s prey.

Demise, Yautja, 13 years ago

Then Demise struck specimen6 with all his might and freed AmethystBlades.
