I'm asking if i can make a tutorial slid show for the site it will be like the rules and if people don't read the rules then they watch the tutorial it will go over the thigns in the site

If you want to, go right ahead. You certainly don't have to, and I don't really think it'll help, but who knows?. Give it a shot.
