I've already told you not to make multiple threads with the same question if it isn't answered fast enough for your taste. Don't do it again or you might end up banned. We're glad if we can help, but this boards sole reason isn't to help you to start a multiplayer match.
It's hard to help you if you're so spare with informations anyway. Tell us a bit more. Is the server patch installed now? Whats your specific problem? You've got to tell us more than a simple general question.
Is the server patch installed, configured and working (do you can see and join multiplayer games in the matchlist now)? Do you have opened any ports?
