Ok I know not many people on this site play AvP2 online, Me, Stalker, Mishmuf, Skystalker, thats all I know of. But I know all of you are tired of the following:
HackersSpammersSOOOO many rules apply.
SnipersGlitchersLagMANY unrealistic things.

Well there is this new mod, it changes the game SOO much, its pretty much almost AvP3, its called
AJL MOD.
I dont really like regular AvP2 anymore because of this, this has alot less lag and everything. I promise, you
WILL like this version better, its a completley different list of servers on AvP2.
Here are some things that make me like the game better,

ALIENSEVERY sound is replaced with a movie sound, predator and alien sfx from avp and the original AvP, they are great.
Aliens (even player aliens) loose their limbs, you can be a drone crawling with no legs and still fighting, although your weaker and you bleed out fast.
There is now a WARRIOR alien, in the game, much fun, he is a little bit slower then drone, not much, he pounces not quiet as far, and the warriors limbs fall off easier, but warrior has stronger and tougher skin.
Praetorian is still slow, but can now climb walls and has small pounces.
Aliens acid blood spreads further
Aliens can use inner jaw ANYWHERE on an enemy, not just on their head.
No more stunning, or Instant splatting from a pounce, if you pounce straight into their chest, with warrior or drone (not runner) you knock them on their back.

PREDATORSMANY more sfx, from pred 1, 2, and AvP. WAY better then the old sound effects.
New weapons,
There is now 4 different plasma casters,
Shoulder Blaster (pulse laser type cannon), Shoulder Cannon (regular AvP plasma cannon), Shoulder Burner (more powerful fire bolt gun) and Shoulder seeker (VERY powerful, major size bolt, takes all your energy, seeks any living thing, even you if you shoot it in-correctly).
The plasma guns arent considered cheap anymore, they are hard to make lock on, they have awesome sfx, and loud explosion.
They take a huge portion of your energy too. but if used correctly and you shoot good, they are instant kill against most things.
Dart gun, its not very deadly, but its poinsonous, stuns people, head shots are instant death tho. Getting shot by one will make you dizzy, it makes your screen all wavy and it looks like your bout to fall over and you can barely walk. Good against humans, not as recommended for aliens.
Wrist burner, a mini plasma gun in your wrist, weak, but shooots fast. pretty self explanitory.
SELF DESTRUCTYou got it, a new self destruct function, and no its not like that stupid crumby primal hunt self destruct, smaller then a black kat, this explosion usually covers the entire map, unless its a big map like jungle. In my server "|RSC|Killing Ground-|AJL|" you need 5 skulls without dying to activate self destruct.
VERY cool function, makes the game way better.
1 Medicomp use in my server also, I think you should be limited to 1,
Note: you can only self destruct if you are hurt or bout to die.

HUMANSHumans are pretty neat, I dont really like humans on regular AvP, but on here they are awesome. You can actually see your teammates flashlights on their shoulders, it is realy cool looking.
There is also a quick command table,
You press T and press a number and it says "Move out, Pull back, Stand by, Follow me, I need ammo, hold fire, etc" and the supports of each time, have ammo and health to supply people with, just ask them, and if their nice they will give you some.
Dont you hate how on AvP, the guns, whereever you aim, their bullet ALWAYS hits there, well now, there is a reticule, like on the game ghost recon and socom, the more you shoot, the bigger the reticule gets, the less accurate your shots are, so if you try to run and gun, your not gonna get anywhere, try holding still, crouched.
STAGGER AND RAPID SNIPE DISABLED !!!
You know that annoying pulsing noise from pulse rifles? and they seem to be killing you faster then average pulse rifle? Well that is called stagger, its a glitch used to everyones advantage, its really lame, but disabled in AJL.
Sniper is weaker, it can take up to 3 shots to kill a runner, but it has 2 magazines, each with 30 shots, and it is now silenced.
Motion Radar, Only the leaders of the marines can have them, but others can hear the radar if they are near, it automatically shuts off when you start shooting.
Also some misc goodies in it.
ALOT LESS LAG, ALOT LESS. Much more barable.
And the best.............. NO HACKERS, What Soever.
All hacks are blocked, cos there is someone on reg avp, crashes everyones server for fun -_- and hacked my MSN account.
yea, I dont play regular anymore, AJL is soo fun.
Ask stalker too, he has played it, likes it WAY more.
And if you would like to download it, you have to download "AJL mod" and "AJL MOD.v.0.2" so you can play in my server.
AJL MODAJL MODv.0.2PLZ if you are an AvP2 online player, you must download these, you will like AvP2 much more, its wayyyy better. Plus we need more players. theres like 5 servers up right now.
Would be VERY apreciated if someone did, Mishmuf, I have a new server up on here, and you can have L2 on it, but plz download it, esspecially Predator users will like this game, I have to limit preds to 2 player slots, cos its a fight, there will be too many Predators.
Anyway, I will greatly apreciate it if someone downloads them and plays it :)

EDIT: The controls are kinda screwey when you first get it, you gotta go to controls and set your controls for each species.

SERVER CONTROLLER/MASTER COMMANDS
There are now Two types of Server Controllers who can kick players,
change game setting and such... Server MASTER have full control of
the server while the Server Controller can only do some basic stuff
Server MASTER is marked with Gold Star and Server Controller with
Silver Star.
Server Commands:
master [PassWord]
Replace "[PassWord]" with the actual server master password.
control [PassWord]
Replace "[PassWord]" with the actual server controller password.
Server Masters and Controllers:
setcontrol [Client ID]
Gives the server control to another player. Replace "[Client ID]"
with the players ID number. (you can get it from the Score screen
where it is before the players name)
kick [Client ID]
Boots a player from the server. Replace "[Client ID]" with the
players ID number. (you can get it from the Score screen where it
is before the players name)
(Server Controller CAN'T kick Server Master)
prevlevel
Ends the current match and switches to the previous map.
nextlevel
Ends the current match and switches to the next map.
restart
Restarts the match in the current map.
Server Masters ONLY:
getpass
Prints the server Master, Server controller and Game Joining
passwords.
setpass [PassType] [NewPass]
Changes the password... Replace "[PassType]" with: (master or
control or joingame) and "[NewPass]" with the new password you
want to use.
setmaster [Client ID]
Gives the FULL server control to some other player. Replace
"[Client ID]" with the players ID number. (you can get it from
the Score screen where it is before the players name)
fraglimit [Limit]
Sets new fraglimit for the game. Replace "[Limit]" with the new
limit which must be between 0 and 80. (0 = no limit)
scorelimit [Limit]
Sets new scorelimit for the game. Replace "[Limit]" with the new
limit which must be between 0 and 2000. (0 = no limit)
timelimit [Limit]
Sets new timelimit for the game. Replace "[Limit]" with the new
limit which must be between 0 and 60. (0 = no limit) (minutes)
damage [Scale]
Sets new damage scale for the game. Replace "[Scale]" with the
new damage scale which must be between 25 and 200. (percentages)
lifecycle
Turns the Alien Lifecycle ON/OFF. (Doesn't affect Xeno Drones)

Turns the Predators Mask Loss ON/OFF.

Turns the Character Lock ON/OFF. (When Character Lock is set to
ON players can change their character class/team only during the
respawn invulnerability)
medpacks [Number]
Sets how many times predators can use their medicomp. (predators
medicomp doesn't use energy or anything) Replace "[Number]" with
the new amount which must be between 0 and 10. (10 = Unlimited)
skulls [Number]
Sets how many skulls predators must collect before they can use
their self destruction device. (Self Destruction is activated by
selecting medicomp and pressing secondary fire) Replace "[Number]"
with the new amount which must be between 0 and 27. (0 = Disable
the self destruction)
friendlyfire
Turns the Friendly Fire ON/OFF. (When Friendly Fire is OFF players
can't kill their team mates but they can still kill them selfs)
weapon [WeapNum]
Turns weapons ON/OFF. Replace "[WeapNum]" with the number of the
weapon you want to turn ON or OFF. (the command weapon without any
number gives the list of the weapons and their numbers)
max [Team] [Limit]
Sets the limit for players in some team. Replace "[Team]" with
the team name (Aliens, Marines, Corporates or Predators) and the
"Limit" with the number which must be between 0 and 8.
max [Char] [Limit]
Sets the limit for players using some character class. Replace
"[Char]" with the character name (for example: Xeno Drone) and
the "Limit" with the number which must be between 0 and 8.
