Whats happening in Prometheus?

That's been discussed quite long in several threads here... take your time and read through them, there are some very interesting theories about the story.

But no, there will be no yautjas in Prometheus, and not the aliens we are used to know (at least not in their previous movies form).

Erm, predators have nothing to do with aliens. They are two seperate films and universe's entirely.

Unless you buy into the drivel that was AVP.

Prometheus is centred around the space Jockeys and has been said that NO xenomorphs as we know them, will be featured. Even the planet is different. It's LV-433 I believe.

All this could be misdirection of course. A french press release dropped this week stating the film indeed does take place on LV-426 and the Jockey ship is indeed the 'Derelict' from Alien, pre crash/landing of course.

It's all conjecture right now, which is where the fun is.

The only definite thing we know now is we have the following 'creatures':
*The Jockey
*The 'cobra hugger'
*'Shaw's baby' - the giant squid thing. (Seen in latest TV spot.)
