ok find the avatar u want and save it to your computer.got to your account at imagecave or wherever u are and click add pictures.then click browse.all your save pictures should come up.click the one u want and upload it.after u have uploaded it,look in your album.drag and copy the url address and then come back to your profile.put the address in your profile and you should be done.once you have done it once you should pick it up.it is quite easy.hope this helps
