Erm no offence but put some more daetail into your question's because they are pretty confusing. No Offence.

You mean the runner? Well, it is a xeno, so that makes it incredibly strong from the get go. But, it is a xeno that really only goes on all 4's and is smaller and as the name suggests, faster. It isn't as strong as a warrior though, and I'm not sure but I think they are weaker than drones. Oh, sorry got off on a tangent. How fast? I would say, about, 30mph. I don't know exactlly, but they run faster than any other alien type.

In the movies it was a rather fast Alien. Have you seen the mvies? 'Cause that would answer alot of your questions. I think that there may be some subtitles for what ever you mother tongue is.
