making cartoon too please submit caracters

I'm getting a bit tired of topics like these. Let's see some evidence that you're actually working on something. Care to post a screenshot?

actually i cant post a screenshot!i tried posting pictures on here before but my computer wont let me!!

what im doing im going to let people submit characters.then ill write down the layout of those characters, draw them, write a plot, then show it to some kind of company, and let them make it.

p.s. i wish i had the money,equipment,and skills to make it myself!!!!!

I thought everyone was pretty clear the last time you made this topic.

So what you're saying is that, basically, you are not making a cartoon, but you have screenshots of it.

I'm sorry, but I can't have another huge thread like this taking up room on the front page for a project that dosen't exist.
