New AvP2 Title

Again AvP2 has another title: Aliens vs Predator Requiem. The name was in Entertainment Weekly's latest magazine. Also on their website, they have the film listed as Aliens vs Predator Requiem in their Release Calendar section.

although i have no idea how the word "requiem" applies to AVP at all.

I think plain old Aliens vs. Predator is better. Plus I don't even know what that word means.

requiem relates to death.look around the other avp sites

this and alien legacy but thats more of an alien site.

A requiem does relate to death, but also music. It's a combination of both; it's a dirge, or hymn for the dead.

I absolutely hate Fox, the title they had was great, it didn't need to be messed around with. Having "Requiem" stamped in at the end just seems stupid to me. Hopefully they'll dump that idea & stick with Aliens vs Predator, as they were going to do.

Agreed Stalker. All I want is the original font of (both Predator's and alien's original font) ALIEN Vs. PREDATOR with a big bloody 2 next to it and I'd be sataisfied.
