Whats that thing In Predator 1?

Near the end of Predator 1, when dutch gets ready to face the Predator and lights the torch, the Predator shines its laser thingy on its own chest and this red thingy starts glowing INSIDE its chest. What the is it??? Is it the HEART???

I like that part he was making sure if his blade were still sharp and not dulled down from all the use.

Yes, we had a long topic about the heating of the wristblades a while back..

Ummm i think you're a little confused - the predator is shining his plasma caster aimer across his wristblades which in effect looks to be heating the blades up.

I assume thats what you're talking about.
