Errm, dude, you don't get the code from your C: drive, you'd have to upload it at an image hosting website, such as Image Cave, or Photo Bucket. You'll figure it out quickly, seeing as these two websites are pretty straight forward.

Secondly, there's an official signature/avatar topic entitled 'The official Sig topic' (and anywhere near that) for you to test out your codes and pictures.
