no 1 realy nos but there is alot of speculation about how the jokeys made the aliens. perconaly i dont think the aliens are a weapon they behave more like an animal thus i think that they evolved themselvs. The jokys just saw the potenchial in them and adopted them as a weapon. Or they wer using them fore some other purpos posably medical.
