i heard the higher ranked a yautja is the more weapons he/she is able to get. now is it more honorable to go hunting with less or more weapons? like it is more challenging to go hand to hand in some situations

good topic black, i have asked myself the same question. i think that having more weapons and technolgy is an incentive to hunt well and succed. however i think they dont use all available weapons, they have favorites. and it was a good point on saying that certain weapons are allowed on certain prey.

I think less weapons is more honorable and I think they can’t use curtain weapons on curtain pray. Like it is honorable to use the shoulder cannon on an alien but not a humans

But yes, the less weapons you have and more dangerous prey you are after, the more honor you'll get.

I really dont know but I THINK that it is more honorable to go hunting with less weapons so it makes it more harder and if u survive u get more respect and the female yautja doesnt go hunting

black i think he ment to say that a huuman warrior used yautja blood to live longer, i have read the same thing.

Well I read on a web site that in one of the books the preds take skills and arts also. One elder use dual katanas in some form of sword combat he learned from a warrior we has been fighting every seson for a millenium. The worrior got some of the blood of the predator and was given the gift of a lenglthy life span.

it is defently more honourable to go without eny weapons or armor but because sum ppl use weapon the pred see fit to use them to just to make it fair thats why they mainly have close combat weapons

They use the right wepon for the job. They like take wepons from their prey or make wepons out of their bodies using horns teeth ect. . If use more basic wepons like baldes or close quaters combate they for sure would get more credit too their name.

even if u succed in a hunt with few weapons u wouldent get much recognition for it if u have a low rank. i think yautja with higher ranks would use less weapons and be honored more for that!
