well the old one is still going on but it should end soon, I believe I heard dave saying another RPG will start sometime in May.

You can have a practice fight with someone if you want, but you can't start an RPG.

Ummm your an alien fan right?, if your are I dont think there are any alien clans open at the moment, so just be patient until an opening pops up.
