I really can't make my mind up
Because I am so use to playing first player mode in avp
games that I have mastered wall climbing in first person
but I guess 3rd person is a welcome stay even if though I think I prefer first person and chasing after my tail in avp 3 LOL

Personally I think Dead Space would have been a hell of a lot scarier in first person. Although it did manage to creep me out and make me jump on several occasions regardless. I'm glad Aliens: CM is first person for humans and third person for xenomorphs.

I honestly prefer 3rd person because you can see more thats around you and you also can see the action your guy makes. Ultimate-xeno out.

Meh, first person. I Agree with Bloo. Though the only Alien related thing I'd classify as horror are the first two movies. The games kinda suck.
