Well, it's only a name that represents what it could be, not what it actually is, so I'll call it a Runner.

It's obviously supposed to be some sort of horse-alien.

That whole image looks like something you would expect to find on the back of an Iron Maiden album.

I think it looks pretty cool, and i dont mind it so much, it just wouldnt fit to well with me to see it in a movie. I would expect to find it in a comic.
