Hey this is PredAlien 78 and I was just wondering if there is any way you can change your name without startting a new account.

Nope, usernames are fixed.

are you allowed you make a new account with the new name you want then get your old one deactivated?

I think someone did that once. But doing it more than once isn't good. Doing it at all without good reason isn't good.
