Peterson was born in Seattle Washington and raised in the country side, At the age of 18 he enlisted with the Colonial Marines as an 0352 Infantry Machine Gunner,
After completing boot camp at Alpha Quadrant Base 57 He attented the School of Infantry where he learned all basic combat training that every grunt requires, after graduating Infantry School he was shipped to Machine Gunners Course where he spent three months mastering the operations and repairs of the M56A2 Smartgun he was sent to Fleet Marine Forces under the 9th Marine Regiment, \"Alpha Draconis\" as they had been called.
He reported in to 1st LT. TDN and MSgt Genfc Death. His Squad Leader was Cpl Hyro. as a young Private he picked up rank quickly and was a Lance Corporal After only one year of Service within alpha draconis. During the battle Known as the Falling Sky Peterson had gotten at least one confirmed xenomorph kill sustaining serrious injury he was pulled back to the ruins of the ships wreckage until extraction was aquired.
After the battle he was meritoriously promoted to Corporal before he was transfered to Administration Head Quarters USCM where he worked as an administration Clerk until he retired as a Sergeant. Three Years Later he re-enlisted and attended Officers Candidate School and graduated as a Second Lieutenant.
Being Transfered to Alpha Draconis Again this time as the Executive Officer he assumed temporary command over alpha draconis for a brief period of time while 1st Lt. Kidd was TAD.
Once again he was transfered to a differnt unit. While enroute his convoy was attacked by heavy xenomorph resistance and he was presummed dead.
Three long years after his death He awoke in a stasis chamber around a ruined labratory. His wounds had been healed and for all intents and purposes he was alive. After finally finding a standing USCM base he was arressted and held in the brig for three months until he could prove he was the real 2nd LT. Peterson and not a fake.
Reporting to Colonel Howsiter with 3rd Battallion 4th Marines Peterson was assigned a Platoon to command. After five seperate comabt tours Peterson was once again a battle hardend veteran. On Petersons 6th Combat tour with 3/4 his entire platoon was whipped out due to heavy enemy contact and no reinforcing.
Once again he was Transfered to Alpha Draconis as the Executive Officer where he continues to serve today.
