AvP 2 Internet Game Issues

I haven't been on in months so to start off my return I need some help.

I do not own AvP3 yet for the 360 but I still have the old AvP2 for PC, however Scar Face and I (siblings) can't seem to get our CD-Keys to work, so we can't play Online, unless Game Spy deleted all of their servers, all we can do is Single Player and play against each other in LAN Games, but we can't play online, cause our CD-Keys dont work anymore for some reason. Any help?

EDIT: I have the new AvP 3 game now, but we dont have XBox Live, we only have Silver memberships, cant afford gold, so for any online playing I still need AvP2.
