Well, I'm thinking Galactus would eat Cthulhu like a plate of calamari. But then he would get a severe case of the backdoor trots, coupled with cramps, dry heaves, and hellish visions of a thousand screaming apocolypses. So it'd be sort of a pyrric victory....

No one eats Cthulhu. Cthulhu is a goddamn superduper-badass. Cthulhu can make everyone mad and clinically insane just by appearing in our dreams.
Galacticus on the other hand is just some
wannabe-miscreant who even can't handle a bunch of free-time-heroes.
Galacticus wouldn't even win against Cthulhu's janitor who keeps R'lyeh intact.

-=puts on a corset- Gods, I hate wearing these things, but its part of the outfit I HAVE to wear. the daymned thing isn't tight enough to actually accomplish anything....but....-shakes head- i still hate wearing it.
