probably the only thing i would do to give a xeno superpowers would be to give them intelligence. if they had this they would be truly unstoppable. until then, well, they are just animals.

i changed my mind i think a alien shouldnt need invisibility because it is always in the right place to kill i think an alien needs a longer 2nd jaw that can be rotatable, and a predator should have some form of technology that can help them fly or hover without using a huge space pod/ship

A xeno with the ability to fire a gun would be pretty awesome. It could combine its stealth, tail, and its ability to climb on cielings and walls, with its gun! An ultimate fighting machine! Or a fire breathing xeno. Sweet!
A pred that was psychic would be cool, but on the more realistic side, I'd give it the ability to have two plasma casters.
This is just a thought, but it would ruin the entire franchise.

For the Preds, a small kinife they can chuck that digs into the skin of the preyt and then explodes. I don't think the aliens need new powers (it cheapens them), but if I had to, venomous tails would be nice. Preds are better to give new weapons, because they have technology. A new weapon would be more realistic and practical. The Xenos, on the other hand, can only get a new power by some kinda phisical mutation, and then you have to explain how it happened, ect. Also, it would make it seem to much like some new gimick.
