I was looking for articles about the themes of the Alien films and found this. It's another "sexual symbolism" type of thing, so I would suggest younger folks (under 17-18 range)stay away.

A little weird, I know, but it's a legitamite aspect of the first Alien film.

Yeah, I've read those articles before. They're quite interesting, and could give you more insights (especially this one that emphasize something that people don't usually see in the Aliens). I've got one from the same website, it's called "The Aliens are not Insects Project":

Very strange article, but that is actually the way Giger wanted to create the alien. He also talks more about it in the Alien Quadrilogy dvd discs.

lol.... that was weird.
EDIT: lol "The facehugger is the Ultimate Rapist" I dont think it counts as Rape when it lays an egg in you, because theirs bugs that do that also.

Some parts of that actually made quite alot of sense. Some parts on the other hand were just plain creepy. The idea of the alien being sexualy aroused by it's victims causing it's inner jaw to become "erected" & able to inflict death was fairly disturbing, lol, & that necronow V pic *shudders* that was just weird

It is an amusing little article to read, but I find that it holds little to no clarity in many cases...the problem is that ANYTHING can be made into a sexual innuendo if worded differently. Think about it. You know I'm right. ^_^
