He was saved by lex so many times it wasn't funny. Since when does a pred get saved by a human?

Grid was the first born. The older of the pack, the commander of the brood, the book states grid is much larger and more dominant than the rest of the aliens, you just don't get the feel of it during the film.

The preds weren't stupid, theY were just inexperienced. They were doinG this for the first time against aliens and obviously didn't prepare enough.

I think that they made him the alpha was just they didnt go by size or strength. they probably just tried to make something seem signifigent about grid to make him seem diferent.but thats just my opinion
