Only complaint was the big fight at the end. Come on, even a Queen can't take that many direct rocket hits...

I must say, this is the biggest classic of all horror games, I don't think even F.E.A.R can beat it.

The alien campaign was the first i played. I felt such power, I thought OMG THIS IS THE COOLEST ALIEN EVER. But not only the skills of the alien impressed me, but the story as well.

The predator campaign was at first rock hard. Stalking all those scientists and stuff, epic, but then it got... a bit boring. A bit the same all the time.

The human campaign, the last destination, all that i was just playing against the humans, all those stalkings, scarying the humans to death, it turned against me. Epic...

Il give it 4/5 because of the predator campaign, in overall, it rocks

FOR GOODNESS SAKE this game RULED i loved every second of it mostley the alien campain. IT RULED your a shadow and the predators dont even see it coming THEN STAB WITH THE TAIL.

This must be the best game ever. Amazing graphics for a 2001 game and you can play as the PredAlien in multiplayer too! I can't imagine AVP3 being better than this! This is the extreme ultimate game for AVP fans! WARNING This game is scarier than F.E.A.R., all the Doom series and Half life 2. So be ready before playing the Marine campaign!

This game still great after long years... If the creators of this game are reading this PLEASE REMAKE THE GOLD EDITION!!!!.... I will buy it again!!!!...

The coolest FPS game i ever saw, the aliens they were weak at attacking someone like a predator that is far with a cannon, but now with it speed and pounce it rocks, the only bad thing is that the humans are extremaly weak compared to the predators or aliens and the exo suit dont help that much against aliens falling down from the walls to kill you lol.

They actually pulled it off!!! I can't believe they made a game that's better than AVP, but AVP2 lacks the weakness that most sequels have. This weakness is the idiocy of trying to extend the story-line from the first too far. AVP2 has a completely new story-line, and is actually stronger than the first! I'm a bit disappointed at the lack of a "skirmish" mode (as the first game called it), but other than that it's brilliant. Also, don't bother getting Primal Hunt expansion, IT SUCKS. The people who made it stuffed it up totally. Anyway, play this game. It rules.

The PREDATOR campaing is the best the alien campaing is ok too!!BUT JESSUS CHIRST the marines campaing is scarry when i first played the misson i was scared to death when i saw thoes hanging bodyes I mean i cant even pass the first mission without sweating!!!

I love AVP2. I play it since it was released and I never get bored of it. I really enjoyed the single player mode - I played through all the missions several times - but for me the real fun was the multiplayer, especially the Survivor game mode. My favorite game ever.

Hello,, Why did they shut down the servers ?? Now its almost nobody who play avp2 cause the servers on multiplayer shuted down.-.- Start it again ! .. AVp3 is okay but its to wierd ..

By far, an excellent shooter, there were flaws yes, (like the predators limitless medicomp) but it was very VERY well done. I am a personal fan of the predator but I kept finding myself playing as the Aliens over and over again, the life cycle being completed in the campaign and the fact that all the storys intertwine was amazeing (in lack of a better word). However I will admit this isent a game for everyone and in light of the constant patches obtaining online play is difficult, and keeping the campaign afterwords is seemingly impossible, but lets face it the games considered to be "old" the fact that you CAN get online on it is still pretty good

my only AVP related quetion pretaining to the RPG forums, in the game you get a sniper rifle but thats not a listed marien weapon
