i played this game a few days ago & OH MY GOD! I was reaaly shocked that these guys made a wonderful sequel to a smashing game.THe first one though had some very good momemnts of gamepaly & pretty scary stuffs which lacks in this intallment,but still it touches the herat of AVP fans which is worth recommendable.I loved this game & i'm sure u'll too! SO head up & get this one bcoz they're here with a few days to kill!

I'am unbelievably outstanded with this game. I have only played as predator. The game has a great adventure with surprises everywhere. However the graphics are terrible.It has everything a predator uses. I give this game two thumbs up with a 9.1.

Hey ive played the multiplayer demo 4 3 years and man i love it if you play the multiplayer demo look for a DB named DBlegend GhostHawk, Raven, or The Rock we are the DB clan leaders and maybe you can join (most likely) i have to say i love all the charaters the alien is my fav and i think this must have taken years to make it has great graphics great gameplay i havent even played thesingle player game 1 more thing if you want to join DB look for ghosthawk raven or the rock we are the clan leaders and DB is the largest demo clan

Ok its a great game but there is some things that need to be fixed but its great! I play alot on the real game but wen im bored i play the demo were atleast 50 people play i wish they make a new avp! it would be the best!

How can you guys like that half predator half alien crap.When I saw the first one I thought it was okay.But too many predators died. My dad and I were thinking about the predators go to the alien planet to kill the aliens,before the species grows ,go to earth, and kill the humans.The predators are trying to stop it so they can keep hunting.The predators send 300 special forces to kill half a million aliens.The predator just kick the aliens butts.No more than ten predators died.But all aliens died.

I am amazed by how this game is still alive after these years. if your a fan of scary games then get this freaking game it will scare the shit out of you!

One of the best and most innovative FPS shooters ever produced. I use to play this from 2001-2002 and it was the only FPS I truly excelled at always scoring at the top. The innovation in gameplay with the alien and the predator were just amazing. You had one ferocious animal that could sneak, jump and kill in a matter of seconds. And you had shadowy and power hunter with amazing weapons that truly gave the genre a new experience. I'm thinking of purchasing the game for old times sake. Highly recommended..and can't wait for AVP3!!!!

I am currently playing the Marine mission in single-player mode, and it's scary as hell! Forget Doom and Quake...try this game and you'll know how creepy it can be to face monstrous creatures in the dark...

I was a bit disapointed at the first AvP for the following reason: The predator are known to be more stronger then the Aliens and more technological. The Aliens are known to be many (fights in troups) and to be fast. In the movie, the aliens seem almost stronger then the predator.. i mean what the hell???? One stupid alien kill 2 predator in the first avp!!! So tell me how can 300 predators can kill half a million aliens if 3 predators have difficulty killing 1 alien???? If i could change something in the first AvP, i would make the predators much stronger and hard to kill.

WAHOO!!! Amazing game! Must be the best pc game ever! Marine single player is as scary as hell. If you want to be terrified and entertained buy this game!

I just started playing, but I am too late the online servers are shut down. NOOOOOO! Please bring them back the campain is awesome!

This game is creepy as hell! I mean Doom 3 was really freaky, but you kinda knew what to expect, but AVP2, ha, you never know whats going to happen, when or where it's going to happen, this is the best thriller game of all time!

i think the multiplayer is great because of the great maps and most of all the variyety of aliens preds and marines and corprates the thing that sucks eggs is all the pred plazma noobs its so anoying but apart from that it is just great hope you get it and think the same thing

I just download the game three week's ago and I love the game to death just wish i could join a Fing mutltiplayer match or at lest someone join anyway love the game this should be on the ps3 or 360.

wait is alien vs predator 2 and alien vs predator 2 :primal hunt two diffrent games or is primal hunt an add on for alien vs predator 2.

and what is the diffrence between alien vs predator 2 and alien vs predator 2 gold edition.

I got AVP1, AVP2 and AVP Extinction.

And ill be honist, i only get them to play as the Marines (USCM)
But, thats were AVP2 amazes me. I actualy got my Playing as the Aliens and the Preds.

Its that good. I can play as anygroup. And the controles wont F*ck me over, and the graphics (although i dont rate a game of graphics)
Are outstanding! The netplay is worth fixing by downloading AVP2 Saviour.

Its an outstanding game, the best AVP game ive ever played. If the films were done like the games, they would have been amazing!

I only hope, that with 2010 & the realce of AVP3 and Colonial Marines that they do half as good as AVP2.

In my view, this is why!

- the small "Town" was the of a size of the city

- the story is just plain stupid

- not enough predators an aliens

- You see a big town, not alot of people

- they send the National Guard but get slaughter,
where a bunch of people with rifles an shotguns are
holding them back in the middle of the town.

- the seals pop out of nowhere all hardcore an dont do shit

- EVERYSCENERY IS ORIGINAL

- THE FIGHT SCENE WITH THE HALF-BREED AN PREDATOR SUX
U CANT SEE SHIT! JUST TWO DARK BODIES SHUFFLING HERE AN THERE

- an every movie is the the same scene where the predator takes his helmet off, its original dam it, he takes his sweet as time like its a big intro, which is not because we already know wat he looks like.

It is the cooooooooooooooooolllllllest movie ever!!!Their was action right from the start!It had so much action by the end I was shaking!!!Also the part when that lady said"The goverment never lies!"was lol.It had a lot of gore which is what people want to see!I loved the part when the alien jumps on that guy in the gun store then the predator shoots the alien with its plasmacaster and the alien's acid blood hits the guy in the face and melts it off!!But my dad and me were thinking"What the hell why they kill the blond chick!!" also my cousin thought they crossed the line when the chestburster burst out of the kid's chest!I mean suck it up its just god damn movie!Anyway its a very good movie I'd watch it 50 more times!!!!!!!!!!!!
